Return Policy
Pico design will be glad to credit your credit card or exchange any items you are not completely happy with. Please return items in original condition within 14 days of the shipping date. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid, insured and securely packaged. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will credit your card. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new item(s) when they are ready to ship. If you are unable to ship your items back to us within the 14 day window, send us an email to notify us. We will confirm receipt of the email and work out a solution. Please note pico design is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail.

Care and Maintenance of Your Little Architecture Purchase
Pico design thanks our customers who invest in a piece of Little Architecture! Our jewelry is handmade, and many of the pieces contain delicate work, so please take special care of it. To prevent tarnishing of silver, store in a plastic zip bag or in a jewelry box. If the jewelry does tarnish, lightly scrub the surface using a soft-bristled toothbrush with a mild dish detergent and water. If the tarnish is more severe, rub with a silver polishing cloth. For vermeil, which is an overlay of gold on sterling silver, preventive care is an important tool against tarnish. Keep vermeil jewelry in an anti-tarnish bag or airtight jewelry box. The plating is sensitive, so use only a clean soft cloth to polish. DO NOT use a silver polishing cloth—it will remove the 14K gold overlay from the silver. Teak and ebony wood are not treated and should NOT be immersed in water. pico design is not responsible for pieces damaged due to cleaning.
